Christmas Fun and the Birthday Boy

For the first few days the tree was up, we didn't have to wonder what Sam was up to if he was out of sight... he was playing with the "OneTwoTree."

Of course, little Sammy turned 2 yesterday! We celebrated with cupcakes and a trip to Neiderman Farm for Christmas lights, cookies and farm animals.

We took our first trip to the aquarium here. Everyone loved it, but Abby found it especially shocking.

Abby had her first show and tell at school. She brought in one of her favorite stuffed buddies, SweetieBear.

Trick or Treat!

An adorable (and warm) costume choice for Sam. However, Abby insisted they both be pirates for the big day.

Although, she needed to be sure that Tigger wasn't the right costume choice for her first.

Sugar rush fully kicked in.

Neighborhood costume winner! Poor fella didn't make it very far, but I think he earned some extra treats from the houses he made it to.

Dress up for dance class... surprisingly the rest of the girls were dressed as princesses :)

Pumpkin carving was not as gross for Abby this year. Sam loved playing with the seeds.

Final product. Abby's design and Chris carved it out. Very cool, I think. I love the arms.
